We believe that the ingredients we use at Isaac At are what make the dishes that we create, carefully selected from across the South Coast. Our dishes are based on a vision to celebrate every single ingredient that goes into it, being careful not to over complicate things and ensuring we are showcasing ingredients at their best.
From field to fork
Being based in Sussex, we’re lucky enough to have some great quality ingredients right on our doorstep. We work closely with some of the best suppliers on the South Coast, to make sure we are using ethical, quality ingredients, that can be developed into dishes where the flavours will surprise you.
Ever-changing menus
Our menus are developed weekly and part of the fun of what we do it not knowing what’s going to be on the menu until the last minute. Developing dishes based on what is available to us that week, means that our dishes are bursting with bold flavours and we can always create something unique, based on the season.
Supporting local suppliers
Supporting local independent suppliers is really important to us. By working with each supplier to source the best quality ingredients, we are able to showcase exactly what Sussex and the South Coast has to offer. The quality often surprises our customers. We share the food mileage of every ingredient we’ve used on the menu, so that you know exactly what you are eating and where it has come from, learning more about the South Coast as you go.
