Our visit to Noma

Here at Isaac At, we all have our favourite restaurants and chefs that inspire us to experiment with the ingredients we find on the South Coast. Two-Michelin-star restaurant Noma has been on our hit list since it opened, so we were so excited when we managed to book a table for the whole team this month before it closes. So, last weekend we headed to Copenhagen and had one of our best meals yet. Here are some of our highlights…

1.The Menu itself – so many courses, yet every single detail blew our minds.

2. That WHITE. CHOCOLATE. MOSS. Yes, real (Reindeer) moss, covered in white chocolate.

4.Our tour of the kitchen… The team were really friendly and took us on our very own tour of the kitchen. Their fish task was incredible and we were impressed with their BBQ shack too.

What’s next? Although they are closing their doors at the end of the month to head off at Mexico, they have plans to be back in Copenhagen to open their new restaurant by the end of the year.
