We can only give refunds or accept cancellations of guests under the following conditions:

 

For bookings of 1 to 6 people we require 72 hours cancellation notice.
For bookings of 7 or more people we require 1 weeks cancellation notice.
 

ISAAC AT is a whole fine dining event the intricate details of which are planned well in advance. Staff, food and beverages are organised specifically for you and your party. Cancellations made outside of the policy criteria will incur costs to ISAAC AT for the reasons stated.

-Business Debit or Credit cards used in the restaurant include an interchange fee of 2.4% on top of the bill as advised to us by our terminal provider.
